3. User Responsibilities

• Any misuse of the Service by users
• Third-party service outages, failures, or discontinuation (including marketplace partners)
• Data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Transaction disputes between users and marketplace partners
• Pricing, quality, or delivery issues with marketplace partner services
• Changes to marketplace partner APIs, terms, or services that affect integrations
• Financial losses resulting from marketplace partner fees, commissions, or service charges
• Disputes between users and any marketplace partner

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AI-IT INC does not guarantee: uninterrupted or error-free service, accuracy of marketplace partner data, compatibility with all third-party services, or that marketplace integrations will function as expected at all times.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI-IT INC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service or misuse thereof
• Content you create, post, or transmit through the Service
• Your business dealings with marketplace partners
• Violations of these Terms
• Violations of any third-party terms, including but not limited to:
  • Marketplace partner terms of service
  • Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards
  • Social media platform policies
  • Payment processor terms
  • Any applicable laws or regulations
• Any disputes between you and marketplace partners
• Claims related to transactions processed through marketplace partner platforms

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time
• You may stop using the Service at any time
• Upon termination, your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy
• Facebook integration can be revoked through Facebook settings

10. Changes to Terms

Marketplace partner terms and conditions are separate agreements between you and the respective marketplace partners and do not form part of these Terms.
